How do I use VESCENSE MIST?

Spray Vescense Mist generously 20 cm away from your skin in 2-4 sprays throughout the day or after you have washed and cleansed your skin. Shake well before use. Focus on your pulse points, keeping eyes closed when you apply. Let the mist absorb into the skin for 2 -3 minutes or dab your face with a cotton pad to soak any excess.

How do I use VESCENSE PURE ROLL-ON?

Roll onto pulse points (wrists, ankles, temples, third eye, heart chakra and behind ears) to experience the aromatherapeutic benefits. Re-apply every 3-4 hours or as needed. Do not press the wrists together; this crushes the notes. Body warmth intensifies the scent and lasts longer on hydrated skin.

Our Roll-on Pure fragrances were designed to layer, to build your own custom scent and showcase your personality. You can start the layering process as soon as you get out of the shower. Test layering fragrances with common notes first, but don’t be afraid to try different combinations. Create a versatile scent unique to your day and enjoy the art of layering.

What is the sensation on the skin?

Vescense fragrances are designed to be light on the skin. Due to the moisturising nature of our ingredients, you may experience a thin white film after application from the natural botanicals. Dab any excess with a cotton pad, or let the mist absorb into the skin by waiting 2 – 3 minutes.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Each fragrance contains natural ingredients that are ethically sourced from sustainable farms. Vescense partners with leading global ingredient manufacturers including Dutjahn, Firmenich and Givaudan to offer radical transparency across our supply chain, and only source the most ethically farmed botanicals available, keeping our products high-quality while holistically addressing the key issues involved in the harvest and trade of threatened and near-threatened plant species used in the global essential oils market and the ethical treatment of the farmers who farm them, and the land that they farm.

Are there any skin types that are not suitable for your products?

Vescense products are 100% natural, and work with the skin’s natural sensitivities and function. Our brand is suitable to most skin types however we recommend patch testing our products first, on the back of your hand before you use them for the first time, as sensitive skin can sometimes have a reaction to natural oils.

Your packaging states “Alcohol Free” but your ingredients include Benzyl Alcohol

Vescense fragrances are free from Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol) which is used as a solvent or preservative in traditional fragrances. We do not use any ethanol in our formulas as it has a drying effect on the skin.

Our products contain Benzyl Alcohol which is distinct molecule and a naturally derived aromatic ingredient in essential oils, which is 100% safe and non-toxic.

In cosmetics, Ethanol must be listed on the label as “alcohol,” or “alcohol denat”. Our products are still “Alcohol Free”.

Do you use Aluminum in your products?

Our products are free from Aluminum chlorohydrate which is commonly used in deodorants for its antiperspirant properties. Vescense does not use any Aluminum chlorohydrate in its formulas. We do use Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, which is a natural, organic mineral, non-toxic bentonite clay, which is an ingredient 100% safe and clean.

Is it possible to do layering? Can I use the other VESCENSE elements throughout the day?

Absolutely, VESCENSE fragrances are designed to be light on the skin because we use only natural ingredients. Our scents do not contain any synthetics or additives to extend wear.

To increase the staying power, simply re-apply as needed throughout the day.

How long does shipping take?

Upon receiving your order, we will process it promptly. Our goal is to ship your order within 4 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What is your return policy?

Vescense hopes you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not absolutely satisfied, we like to put things right as quickly as possible – however, please understand that we are unable to do exchanges or refunds for opened or used products, (except for a situation where products are faulty/defective). We are also unfortunately unable to refund postage and packing charges.
