Account Details

  • What if I forgot my password? 
    • You can simply click on the “forgot password” link and you will be sent a link to reset your password through the email you signed up with.
  • How do I update my shipping address?  
    • In your settings, you can navigate to the Shipping section and edit your Shipping Address under “View Address.”
  • How do I manage notifications?  
    • Notifications are in the settings section; you can turn them on and off across email and SMS by clicking off the checked boxes.
Orders
  • How do I place an order? 
    • Use the VESCENSE website to choose your specific product and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, choose your “Shipping” preferences, place a card for your “Billing,” and lastly Review Your Order before completing the order. 
  • How do I review my order? 
    • Ensure you have your order number available and sign into your account. After you navigate to “My Account,” you can view all your purchase orders by number. 
  • What happens after I make a purchase?
    • After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order. The product will be shipped within 24 hours of an approved order payment.
  • Will I be charged a sales tax? 
    • VESCENSE will charge sales tax according to local state regulations; shipping includes import duty and customs clearance.

Payments

  • What are the accepted payment methods? 
    • VESCENSE currently accepts American Express, VISA, Discover, and PayPal.
  • What happens if my credit card is declined?
    • We will send a notification if your card is declined. VESCENSE uses an Address Verification System that may find errors in the billing address for payment choices; please contact your bank for fund authorization and release of funds once any errors are found and a hold may still exist.

Shipping & Tracking

  • How much does it cost to ship? 
    • Shipping is $9.00. For users who opt-into our email list, they will receive Free Shipping (before tax and shipping, and after promotional codes).
  • How long does shipping take?
    • Free USPS Shipping - 5-7 business days on all orders (before tax & shipping)
      • (Estimated delivery time for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is 14-20 days.)
    • FedEx 2-day - $14.00 (2 days); no weekend deliveries.
      • (Estimated delivery time for 2-day and overnight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is three business days. We do not offer 2-day or overnight shipping to Puerto Rico.)
    • FedEx Overnight - $24.00 (1 day); no weekend deliveries.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    • If you are not satisfied with your order, then you are able to return it within 30 days from the ship date. All returns will be reimbursed to the credit card used to purchase VESCENSE products. 
VESCENSE Advocate Program
  • How do I get paid?
    • You can get paid directly from the VESCENSE mobile app; based on your referrals, a Level 1 referral can be paid out weekly and a Level 2 and 3 referral can be paid out monthly.
  • How long does it take to cash out? 
    • Once a sale is completed, you can cash out by linking to your PayPal wallet and transferring to your bank account. This type of transfer is free and takes 1-3 business days*.
      • *Some banks may charge a fee for transfers. Contact your bank directly for more information.
      • *A standard transfer to a bank account usually takes 1 business day but sometimes it may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank’s clearing process.

Product Information

  • Where are your products made? 
    • VESCENSE products are made in Thailand.
  • How safe are VESCENSE products? 
    • VESCENSE creates functional fragrances that are designed to be safe for people and the planet; for external use throughout the body.
  • How are your products tested?
    • Essential oils are tested using Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) - this checks the chemistry and gives a good indicator of purity. All product suppliers test for heavy metals and pesticides. The finished products are tested for stability and preservative efficacy. “Safety” is determined by researching and understanding ingredients in the selection/formulation stage.
  • Are your products safe to use anywhere?
    • VESCENSE products are for external use only and cannot be used for oral use. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
  • Are your products safe to use while pregnant?
    • You must consult a physician for personalized guidance since every person reacts differently based on their personal body chemistry.
  • How long does your product last?
    • The VESCENSE Mist lasts between 2-4 hours and is meant to be layered on with the VESCENSE Pure scents for a lasting effect throughout the day.
  • Is your packaging recyclable?
    • Yes, VESCENSE has fully recyclable packaging across the caps, bottles, and boxes.

  • What ingredients are included in your fragrances? What are their benefits?

  • Where do your ingredients come from?
    • Each fragrance includes ethically sourced, natural ingredients from all over the world. VESCENSE partners with leading Swiss manufacturers such as Firmenich and Givaudan to bring the best ingredients available to consumers. Learn more about each fragrance on their product pages.
  • What other ingredients are in your product?
    • See ingredients per product on their respective product pages for full details. 
  • I see that there is Magnesium Aluminium Silicate in the list of ingredients. Are you aluminum free? 
    • Yes, VESCENSE products are free from aluminum. Although the International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient (INCI) systematic name contains the word “aluminium” there is no synthetic aluminium component. All mineral clays contain naturally occurring elements and are named due to the chemical composition of the atoms.
  • I see that there is Benzyl Alcohol in the list of ingredients. Are you alcohol free?
    • Yes, VESCENSE products are free from alcohol. Benzyl Alcohol is merely named for its molecular composition. It is a naturally occurring aromatic ingredient found in many essential oils and is not classed as being in the same group as ethanol or isopropyl alcohol.

  • Are your products organic?
    • No, our products are not fully organic but they are clean.
  • Are your products vegan or animal tested?
    • Yes, our products are vegan certified and they are not animal tested.
  • Are your products gluten free?
    • No, our products are not gluten free.
