Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide you with high-quality goods that are free from faults and damages. However, there may be instances where goods need to be returned. Please familiarize yourself with our Returns Policy outlined below. 

 

Not Matching Order: 

If you receive goods that do not match your order, please contact us within 10 working days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded. We are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. 

 

Faulty/Defective Goods: 

If you have purchased any goods you consider to be defective contact us within 30 working days to arrange collection and return. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. 

 

Damaged Goods in Transit: 

If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to indicate that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to us within 10 working days and arrange collection and return. We are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. 

 

Refund Policy 

Vescense hopes you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not absolutely satisfied, we like to put things right as quickly as possible – however, please understand that we are unable to do exchanges or refunds for opened or used products, (except for a situation where products are faulty/defective). We are also unfortunately unable to refund postage and packing charges. 

 

Refund Process 

Eligible Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, onto your original payment method. 

 

How to return your items 

If you need to send a return to us, please contact us and we will talk you through the process.  

It is essential to follow our instructions provided and ship the product to the designated return address provided by our Customer Service team. 

It is important to note that if a customer returns a product to us at the wrong address, we reserve the right not to proceed with a refund or return.

Where you have been entitled to any multi-buy discount or free offers due to the size or value of your order exceeding a certain quantity or amount, and any goods are returned (except for an exchange where products are faulty/defective), we are entitled to either require the return of all goods delivered as part of that offer at your cost or charge you for the goods retained by you at the full price quoted on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns for UK and EU Customers: 

If you are returning an item to us from the UK or any EU country, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 working days after the goods have been delivered to you. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please contact us at sales@vescense.com to initiate a return, you will need to send us back your order within 14 working days of receipt.
